ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed. This constitutes acceptance of your order.

Prices are shown in GBP inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at time of order placement applies.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

All prints are made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates from dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken in full at time of order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, imagery, and content on envol.art is the property of ENVOL. Prints are sold for personal use only. Commercial reproduction, resale, or redistribution of artwork without written permission is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
