What are the prints made on?

Fine art prints are giclée printed on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm — a textured, matte, archival paper — with pigment inks. Framed prints use 200gsm fine art paper behind an acrylic glaze with a white mount. Canvases are 400gsm canvas on 38mm stretcher bars.

Are these photographs? Is this AI art?

They are not photographs. Every scene is conceived and art-directed by hand, then rendered with AI image tools, retouched, and upscaled for print. We say this plainly because you should know what you are buying.

Where are the prints produced?

Prints are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner and shipped white-label. No third-party branding appears on the packaging or the print itself.

How long does delivery take?

Prints are produced in 3–5 business days, then shipped. UK delivery: 2–4 days. EU: 5–10 days. International: 7–14 days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver free to the UK, the whole EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and the UAE. Orders to Switzerland and other non-EU countries may incur local import VAT or duties on delivery.

What sizes are available?

Portrait prints come in 30×45, 40×60, 50×75, 60×90 and 70×100cm (canvas up to 75×100cm). Landscape is available in 30×45, 40×60 and 50×75cm.

What's the difference between the formats?

Fine Art Print — giclée on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm, unframed, ships rolled in a protective tube. Canvas — 400gsm canvas on 38mm stretcher bars, ready to hang. Framed Print — giclée on 200gsm fine art paper behind acrylic glaze, white mount, in eight frame colours.

What if I don't like it?

Every order has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your print, email hello@envol.art within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we refund you in full. No need to send it back. Damaged or faulty prints are replaced free.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. For any question about an order, email hello@envol.art with your order number.

Do you offer a bundle discount?

Yes. Each collection has a set of three prints; buying the set together takes 10% off automatically.
