What are the prints made on?

All fine art prints are produced on 310gsm cotton rag — museum-grade archival paper. Giclée printing at 2400 DPI with archival pigment inks rated for 100+ years under glass.

Are these photographs?

No. Every image in the ENVOL catalogue is an original illustration. They are conceived and art-directed as scenes, then rendered at extreme resolution. Not photography, not AI prompts copied from stock imagery — original compositions.

Where are the prints produced?

Prints are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner and shipped white-label. No third-party branding appears on the packaging or the print itself.

How long does delivery take?

Prints are produced in 3–5 business days, then shipped. UK delivery: 2–4 days. EU: 5–10 days. International: 7–14 days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Free UK delivery on orders over £75.

What sizes are available?

Fine art prints come in 30×45cm, 40×60cm, and 50×75cm (portrait). Landscape orientation is available in the equivalent 3:2 ratios. Canvas and framed options follow the same size range.

What's the difference between the formats?

Fine Art Print — giclée on cotton rag, unframed, ships rolled in a protective tube. Canvas — stretched on a solid pine frame, ready to hang. Framed Print — giclée behind anti-reflective glass in a matte black frame, ready to hang.

Can I return a print?

If your print arrives damaged or there is a production error, we will replace it at no cost. We do not accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items. Contact hello@envol.art within 14 days of delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also track orders in your account at envol.art/account/orders.

Do you offer a bundle discount?

Yes. The Mediterranean Edit triptych (all three prints from one collection) automatically applies a 10% discount at checkout.
