RETURNS & REFUNDS

MADE TO ORDER

Every ENVOL print is produced on demand — individually printed, packaged, and shipped for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We stand behind the quality of every print we produce. If something is wrong, we will fix it.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRINTS

If your print arrives damaged in transit or there is a production defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To report a damaged or defective print:

  1. 1.Email hello@envol.art within 14 days of delivery.
  2. 2.Include your order number and 2–3 photos showing the damage or defect.
  3. 3.We will confirm a replacement within 2 business days.

Replacements are shipped at the same specification as the original order, at no charge.

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER

Change of mind or accidental orders.
Damage caused after delivery.
Colour variation between screen and print — colour rendering varies between monitors. We recommend viewing our prints on a calibrated display before ordering.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only where a replacement is not possible (e.g. item is discontinued). Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
